A Farmers’ Market sells locally produced produce to local people. The benefits are numerous:

For Farmers -

National Association of Farmers’ Markets has identified the following key criteria for a Farmers’ Market:

  •  Only produce from a defined area shall be eligible
  •  All produce must be locally grown, or reared by the stallholder
  •  The stall must be attended by the principle producer or someone directly involved in production
  •  Information should be readily available on production methods

Dates and Location:

The Egham market is held on the 4th Saturday of every month in the High St Egham.
